The Korean Cowgirl terms and conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Condition and will be bound by them

The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here 

Competition Rules.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must answer the question correctly and enter all required details. 

Incomplete entries may not be counted.
Entrants must be a resident in Kent and live in the BR, CT, DA, ME, or TN postcode areas.
Winners will be selected at random from correct entries and contacted. 
This competition starts on 31st March 2025 and closes at 12:00 on 11th April 2025.

Prize: 

1. The prize includes one (1) winner and one (1) guest (2 guest list entries per winner)

2. The prize consists of a sharing experience main and dessert for both the winner and their guest, as well as two (2) drinks per person.

3. The event will take place at Korean Cowgirl, Ashford Eureka Park, Unit 5b, Eureka Park, Kennington, Ashford, TN25 4BN on Thursday 17th April at 6:30 PM. Late arrivals may be refused entry.

4. Dietary requirements and allergies will be catered for where possible. Please check the menu in advance to ensure your dietary requirements and allergies are met.

5. The winner and their guest must inform kmfm of any dietary requirements or allergies by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, 15th April.

6. The winner and their guest are responsible for making their own way to the venue.

7. The event is by guest list entry only. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

8. There will be multiple winners for this competition.

9. Winners will be contacted by close of play on Friday, 11th April.

10. Winners must RSVP by 12:00 PM on Monday, 14th April to confirm attendance. If no RSVP is received, kmfm reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

11. kmfm reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

12. By entering this competition, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the competition.
