A mere ten feet from the tranquil Hythe Beach, The Waterfront is a fine dining restaurant and cocktail bar specialising in fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients.
They do their best to source their produce from the beautiful Kent countryside (AKA: The Garden of England!); from local Hythe fishing boats to quality meats from the surrounding countryside and marshlands- we are certainly spoilt for choice.
Previously known as Hythe Bay the restaurant has recently been through an extensive refurbishment and rebranding to bring both the warmth and character back to the restaurant.
Whether you are dining inside taking in the stunning sea views, sitting out on the sun terrace, enjoying cocktails at the bar or a classic family Sunday roast, the Waterfront provides the ultimate fine-dining experience.
