Summer Escape Sweepstake competition terms and conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them

The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here 

Competition Rules

To enter the Competition an Entrant must text the holiday location from the clues given on air by Garry and Chelsea on kmfm Breakfast. Entrants must text ‘summer’ the answer plus their full name to 60099 when requested to by the on air presenter. 

Texts are charged at your standard network rate.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

Entrants will have an allotted time to text, as announced by the on air presenter.

Texts after this time will not be included but may still be charged.

Incomplete texts may not be entered.

A random text will be chosen from the correct entries and called back. 

If the chosen entrant does not answer their phone for whatever reason another entrant will be chosen. 

If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues from the entrants phone, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random. 

If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random. 

The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to Garry and Chelsea. A call will be recorded and played out on air. 

The daily entrant with the correct answer will be asked the answer on air and given a place on the Summer Escape Sweepstake.

For being chosen at random, the daily entrant will win £100.

There is 1 place to be won a day on kmfm Breakfast, Monday-Friday for 2 weeks, and 10 places in total.

Once there are 10 entrants in the sweepstake, one will be chosen at random and they will win the prize. 

They will be contacted via a phone call. If they can not be reached by Garry and Chelsea after 2 attempts, another entrant in the sweepstake will be chosen at random.

This competition runs on kmfm Breakfast (Monday-Friday) from 3rd-14th July 2023.

Each daily entrant will be asked to share a selfie of themselves that will be used on, but may be not limited to kmfm social media (@kmfmofficial). Entrants will also be asked to record audio as directed by Garry and Chelsea. This will be used on air. 

Prize:

1x £100 for each daily entrant (10x in total).

1x £2,500 for the overall winner.

The money will be paid directly into entrants and the winner's bank account only.

Payments can take up to 28 days.
