Game On Winning Weekend competition terms and conditions
Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them

Competition Rules.
To enter the Competition an Entrant must text the answer to the gaming related question as read by the on air presenters. Entrants must text ‘Game’ the answer, A or B, plus their full name to 60099 when requested to by the on air presenter.
There is one question and that will be repeated a number of times during the competition.
Texts are charged at your standard network rate.
Entrant's can only text to enter once for the duration of the competition.
Entries close at 3pm on Sunday 14th July 2024.
Texts sent after this time will not be included but may still be charged.
Incomplete texts may not be entered.
A random text will be chosen from the correct entries and called back. If they do not answer after the first attempt to call, a second attempt to call them will be made. Should they not answer during the second attempt, another entrant will be chosen at random.
If the chosen entrant does not answer their phone for whatever reason, including signal issues, it goes to voicemail, another entrant will be chosen.
If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues, or signal loss, that call may be ended and another caller chosen at random.
If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random.
A call will be recorded and played out on air.
The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the on air presenter/s and give the correct answer to the competition questions.
This competition starts on Saturday 13th July and closes at 3pm on Sunday 14th July 2024.
Prize:
1x Playstation 5 and game bundle.
The games are LEGO Star Wars - The Skywalker Saga and Hogwarts Legacy.
The console and or games can not be exchanged by kmfm for any others.
The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
kmfm will attempt to have the prize delivered to the winner's home address via a postal or delivery service, or member of staff. Proof of ID may be requested.
kmfm is not responsable for any damage or loss to the prize should a delivery service be used, but will make sure the prize is packaged before it is sent.
If the winner lives in what kmfm considers to be a resonable distance from the radio station, they may be asked to collect thew prize.
