Double Play Pay Day competition terms and conditions
Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them
The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here.
Competition Rules.
To enter the Competition an Entrant must text ‘Play’ plus their full name and postcode to 60099 when they hear the days Double Play Pay Day artist. It will play sometime between 11am and 4pm, weekdays.
This will be announced on kmfm Breakfast with Rob and Numi, and Andy Walker will also reveal the artist you are listening out for.
Texts are charged at your standard network rate.
Entrants have until the end of the second song to enter. Entries sent before or after the second song finishes will not be entered.
Incomplete texts may not be entered.
Bulk entries from the same telephone number, whether these are sent via the entrant, automated, or assisted by machine are prohibited. kmfm will at its discretion disqualify any entries which in reasonable opinion appear to have entered this way or used any of these methods to enter the competition.
If bulk entries have been made from the same entrant using more than one telephone number, kmfm will at our discretion, and acting reasonably, disqualify these entries.
A random text will be chosen from the correct entries and called back.
If the chosen entrant does not answer their phone after 2 attempts to call them for whatever reason another entrant will be chosen.
If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues from the entrants' phone, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random.
If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random.
A call will be recorded and played out on air.
The randomly chosen entrant will be required to come on air and choose a box between 1 and 25. Once a box number is chosen, the remainder of the boxes left will be less. For example if box 1 is chosen, that box number is then won, and box 2 becomes the first box to be counted, and so forth. Eventually there will be one box left to be chosen.
Entrants can only win once throughout the duration of the competition.
This competition runs on kmfm weekdays between 11am-4pm starting from Monday 6th January 2025 and finishing on Wednesday 29th January 2025.
