Cash For Christmas 2023 competition terms and conditions
Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Condition and will be bound by them

Competition Rules
To enter the Competition an Entrant must text the word ‘Christmas’ plus their full name and postcode (eg, where they live in Kent) to 60099 between 18:00 on Thursday 30th November until 18:00 on Friday 1st December 2023.
Texts are charged at £2.00 plus standard network rate.
Entries sent before or after this time will not be included but may still be charged.
Once entrants have sent the first text they will receive an auto-response confirming the entry. If you enter again you will receive two bonus entries for free. Additional texts are charged at a cost of £2.00 plus standard network rate.
Entrants who find their text message does not send or may not receive an auto-response confirming their entry should contact their mobile phone network. Possible reasons for texts not sending or not receiving a confirmation can be - lack of funds, a block on premium rate, a cap on text allowance or an issue with the mobile network. Incomplete entries may not be included.
Entrants must be aged 16 or over to enter.
Entrants must be a resident in Kent and live in the BR, CT, DA, ME, or TN postcode areas.
Entrants must have a bank account.
kmfm limits the amount of entries to this competition to a maximum of 25 entries per person and advises against excessive use. Any entries submitted over that amount may be charged and not counted.
Once the competition closes one entrant will be chosen at random and phoned.
If the chosen entrant does not answer their phone or the call goes to answer phone for whatever reason, including any faults before/during the call and it's not possible to re-establish the call, another entrant will be chosen at random.
A call will be recorded and played out on air.
The randomly chosen entrant will be required to have a conversation with the on air presenter.
Prize:
£2,000 cash. The prize money will be paid via BACS to the winner's account only.
Payment will be made to the winner's account w/c 4th December 2023. Should there be any delay in payment due to but not limited to technical issues, the winner will be made aware.
