Terms and Conditions – Be Bright Be Seen 2024 with Medway Council
Eligibility:
This promotion is open to residents of Medway within the Medway Council jurisdiction only. Entrants must read, understand, and accept these Terms and Conditions, agreeing to be bound by them.
Geographic Limitations:
Entries for 'Be Bright Be Seen' reflective disks and high-visibility vests must be submitted on behalf of a school or community group located within Medway Council's area.
Incomplete Entries:
Incomplete entries may not be considered for participation in this promotion.
Verification and Contact:
kmfm reserves the right to contact entrants for additional information regarding their application. Failure to provide requested information may result in your request being cancelled.
Quantity of Reflective Disks/High-Visibility Vests:
If kmfm is unable to fulfil the requested quantity of reflective disks or vests, a different quantity may be offered, which could be higher or lower than initially requested.
Distribution Decision:
The decision regarding the distribution of reflective disks and vests will be made by kmfm producers. Their decisions on allocation and location are final.
Selection Process:
Reflective disks and vests will be allocated at random to entrants selected from all submissions received before the entry deadline. The deadline for entries is Sunday, 20th October 2024, at 23:59.
Total Quantity:
A total of 3,000 'Be Bright Be Seen' reflective disks and 1,000 High-Visibility Vests, provided by Specsavers Medway, will be distributed through this promotion.
Cost:
There is no cost to register or receive the reflective disks or vests.
Marketing:
By registering, entrants agree that kmfm or KM Media Group may contact them for photos or feedback to showcase the impact of the campaign.
Agreement to Terms:
By participating in the "Be Bright Be Seen" campaign, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and accept kmfm’s decisions regarding the distribution of reflective items.
