Halloween Weekender competition terms and conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them

The following rules are together with, and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here.

Competition Rules.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must call when they hear the trick or treat cue to call. 01227 786 106 (standard network rate).

The cue to call could be played out of an ad break or between songs. Presenters will play the cue to call a number of times so listeners are aware of what it sounds like.

One phone line will be chosen at random.

If the chosen entrant does not answer their phone for whatever reason another entrant will be chosen. 

If during the call the entrant does not answer when spoken to for whatever reason, including technical issues from the entrants phone, that call may be ended and another caller will be chosen at random. 

If the caller is driving at the time of their call and can not pull over for whatever reason, another caller may be chosen at random. 

A call will be recorded and played out on air.

The randomly chosen entrant will be required to talk to the on air presenter/s and choose one box number between 1-8.

Behind each box number is a prize. The prizes vary. Once the prize has been revealed to the winner they can not exchange it for another box number and once that box number has been chosen it can't be chosen again. 

There are 5 game rounds on Saturday and 3 on Sunday 

This competition runs on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th October 2024.

Prize:  

Prizes vary between physical and cash prizes.

Any cash prizes will be paid via BACS to only the winner's bank account

Prizes can not be exchanged for any others and there is no cash alternative.
