Terms and Conditions

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

The following rules are together with and in addition to the kmfm competition terms and conditions which can be found here 

Competition Rules.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must locate Claire Lawson in a random location in Kent, sat in her chair between 0910 - 1000 during gameplay days, 4th - 8th June.

Clues will be given out on air from 0910 and a live video clue shall be shown on the kmfm facebook page until the prize has been won.

The first person to get to Claire and say the phrase "Are you Claire In A Chair" will win the prize.

In the unlikely event, that two or more people arrive at the same time, our on-site producer will determine who said the full and correct phrase first. The producer's decision is final.

Entrants must be a resident in Kent and live in the BR, CT, DA, ME, or TN postcode areas.

Entrants are responsible for the safe parking of their vehicle/s should this be appropriate. Any fines resulting in parking to reach Claire are the responsibility of the driver. Please act and play responsibly. 

The winner will agree to a promotional photo for social media.


Prize: 

5x £500 vouchers to spend at Lenleys Home in Maidstone. 

Should the purchase be more than £500 the winner will need to contribute cash towards the purchase.

The voucher will have a redemption date, please ensure you have recognised this.

The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

The prizes are non-transferable.
